Bodywork and herbal support, working together
The supplements are one half of the Foxlee approach. Bodywork is the other. Kellie is an equine bodyworker with a veterinary nursing background — she's put her hands on hundreds of horses, from performance horses that won't quite let go through the back, to rescues rebuilding trust in their own bodies.
Digestion, hormones, movement and the nervous system are never separate. Tight backs, girthiness, spookiness and lost topline are often the visible tip of something happening underneath. Bodywork addresses the physical patterns directly, while the herbal formulas support the systems doing the repair work — that's the synergy the whole approach is named for.
What a session includes
Every session starts with the whole horse — history, movement, posture and how they're travelling in themselves — before any hands-on work begins. Depending on what your horse needs on the day, a session may draw on any of the following:
- Equine Interdimensional Frequency Alchemy (IFA) — Kellie's own energy-based modality (more on this below)
- Anything your horse wants to communicate to you, relayed as Kellie receives it
- Dry needling and trigger point release
- Myofascial release, massage and stretching
- A veterinary nursing approach where that's what's called for
- Supplement and diet advice specific to your horse
Every session looks a little different, and not all of the above will feature every time. Each horse gets a personalised plan — Kellie works with the horse, not on it, letting the horse's own healing intelligence lead and reading their responses as she goes. You'll come away understanding what she found, what she did, and what to watch for next.

About Interdimensional Frequency Alchemy
IFA is the modality Kellie has developed over years of practice. It's built on the understanding that all states of being are frequencies — and that those frequencies can be read, decoded, transformed, redirected and elevated.
In Kellie's words, the practitioner doesn't "heal" the horse. They facilitate the evolution of energy, acting as a bridge between dimensions, layers of consciousness and vibrational states — working across the physical, emotional, mental, astral and herd-field layers.
