Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide and to most international destinations. All orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia.

Made fresh — what that means for dispatch

Every formula is made fresh in small batches, not pulled off a warehouse shelf. Orders are typically made up and dispatched within [2–4 business days — to be confirmed]. We'll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.

Australian orders

Standard shipping $11 AUD, Express $15 AUD. Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders — the threshold is shown at checkout. Delivery times are per Australia Post from Victoria.

International orders

Standard international shipping is $20 AUD to the countries listed at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination.

Customs, duties and import rules (international buyers)

Any customs charges, import duties or taxes levied by your country are the buyer's responsibility. Herbal and plant-based products are subject to biosecurity and import restrictions in some countries — please check your country's import rules before ordering, as we can't refund orders seized or rejected by customs.
